Penis Enlargement Video # 5: Jelq #1
The Jelq is one of the and effective methods of natural penis enlargement. The Jelq is a great exercise for anyone, regardless of whether you're age or experience, for dramatic, gains in the size of ones penis. Perform the Jelq, three to five times a week. Following the simple instructions below. 1) Apply a good amount of your favorite lubrication (KY Jelly, Vaseline or any suitable lubricant.) 2) Seated or standing, using only one hand, begin to stretch your penis downward gently and firmly. With your other hand, using your thumb and forefinger, begin to "milk," your penis, this is done by squeezing the blood from the base of your penis towards the head of your penis in a milking like motion. This exercise should take anywhere between 2 to 3 seconds to complete for each "Milking" *Reminder- Performing these enlargement exercises should be done when you are in a semi-erect state. The reason for this is blood flow to the penis. If your penis is not semi erect, there is not enough blood to effectively perform these penis enlargement exercises. If you are fully erect when performing these exercises, it will make it hard to manipulate and perform. 3) Do 100 repetitions. As your penis begins to swell, apply more force in your jelqing. Remember to take it easy for the first couple of weeks, then after about a month you can begin applying more force while jelqing. 4) After performing your “Jelqing” exercises, end your session by jiggling your penis up and down about 50 times (while your doing this, cover your testicles by covering them with your free hand!) * Reminder- After performing these enlargement programs for a couple of weeks, the skin behind the head of your penis may start to look puffy. This is a normal part of the penis enlarging process. You may need to start performing your exercises with your other hand to help you in the "milking" part of the exercise. As you perform your jelqing exercise, place your other hand firmly at the base of your penis, with your penis between your forefinger and middle finger pulling the stretched skin back. This will allow you to milk your entire penis without any of the skin blocking your movement. You may notice that the end of your penis looks more swollen then the base after the first few weeks of jelqing. To thicken the base of your penis, try doing your jelqs with a reverse stroke. Make sure to use lots of lubrication. If you are just starting out we recommend doing these exercises three times a week. After a couple of weeks, you can advance to four days a week. After a few more weeks, work up to five days a week.
